Pak Army shoots down Indian spy drone near LoC Pak Army shoots down Indian,s spy drone near LoC RAWALPINDI: An Indian spy drone which intruded into Pakistani territory along the Line of Control (LoC) near Bhimber was shot down by Pakistani troops on Wednesday. According to the ISPR, the spy drone was being used for aerial photography. According to information, the Mujhahid Force of the Pakistan Army shot down the Indian spy drone with a single shot of a G3 rifle. Meanwhile, the Indian Border Security Forces (BSF) resorted to unprovoked firing and mortar shelling in the Bajwat sector of Sialkot on Wednesday.According to media reports, the BSF used small arms and mortar shells. However, no loss of life or property has been reported. The firing and shelling incidents caused panic among residents. The Punjab Rangers responded in a befitting manner and silenced the Indian guns. The Indian security forces had also opened unprovoked fire in the Charwah Sector in Sialkot on the Working Boundary 10 days ago. The BSF has repeatedly violated the ceasefire on the Working Boundary during the last eight months targeting the local population. – Agencies Monitoring report adds: Pakistan has decided to summon the Indian high commissioner today (Thursday) to the Foreign Office after it shot down an Indian spy drone in Bhimbher, Azad Kashmir, a clear instance of the violation of the Line of Control (LoC), reported a private news channel on Wednesday.
